The estate is managed by Wild Olive Estate Owners Association NPC. It is a non-profit company with 4 directors appointed in terms of the Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI). The mission of this company is to protect the investment interest of owners and to manage the administration of services for a safe and attractive place where all residents can live, work and play in harmony.

WODAC – (Wild Olive Design and Architectural Committee)

The WODAC committee appointed herewith the representation directors: Environmental and Building, Administration, Estate manager, Estate Architects and Landscape Architects. All plans must be passed by WODAC before submission to Council. Please refer to the Guidelines for more information.

Service Providers / Employees:

• WOEOA oversee management of the company.


• A Professional Architect oversees the Architectural Guidelines of the estate and Landscape Architects oversee the Landscape Architectural Guidelines.


• An estate manager is appointed to undertake and manage the administration, maintenance, building, environment, and safety.


• A bookkeeper is appointed to assist the estate management.


• WOEOA has appointed a maintenance team.
