A total of 367 animal species has been recorded for the wild olive estate surrounding. The whole area is rich in artefacts and constructions from the Anglo Boer war numerous stone tool sites exist in the area. They range in age from Middle to Late Stone Age, a period of human history ranging from 500 to 250 000 years. Wild olive estate lies to the north of Bloemfontein and is situated between the N1 National Highway in the west, including the Bloemfontein Botanical Garden.

Landscape

 

The landscape design and associated planting at Wild Olive Estate is forming an integral part of the architectural design process and is not seen as an "add-on" once a home or building is complete. Well-designed gardens, courtyards, avenues, water features, terraces, pools, pergolas and fences are used to enrich and complement the Natural Environment and Architectural Style of the development. We expect that the landscaping of stands will be considered as an integral part of these home designs and that the outdoor spaces be as well planned and detailed as the homes themselves. The design of external spaces and the link between the land, water and built form is seen as integral to the character and aesthetic success of the estate as a whole.

 

Special care will be taken by the design team to design people friendly spaces. Wild Olive architectural design is fitting to the unique environment and follow requested guidelines for building and landscaping. Raw material is encouraged, with a focus on the natural stone of the estate.

 

The estate design offers a natural balance through the use of stone, brick and pantone colour plastered walls, this blends seamlessly into the undulating Free State landscape.

To accommodate the rapid expansion, CRC recently opened a brand-new building in the North of Bloemfontein, this being an extension of the existing 5 500 Seater Auditorium in the South of Bloemfontein. Pastor At wanted an excellent technical solution to create the required atmosphere. Documents

 

The following documents will direct WOEOA NPC actions and any relevant legislation: WOEOA oversee management of the company. A Professional Architect oversees the Architectural Guidelines of the estate and Landscape Architects oversee the Landscape Architectural Guidelines. An estate manager is appointed to undertake and manage the administration, maintenance, building, environment, and safety. A bookkeeper is appointed to assist the estate management.
